Push, Pull, Legs Heres what ive done today. pulldeadlift 100k 5 5 5 5 5pull ups 8 8 8 8 4DB Curls 35k 5 5 5 5 5DB rows 40k 7 7 7 7 7 food wise i am aiming for 3200cal a day. thank you. jjdlennon Posted February 27, 2012 Author Share Posted February 27, 2012 Hi im currently looking at getting bigger and stronger. aiming for 3200 calories a day with 190g protein.deadlift 102k 5 5 5 5 5pull ups 9 8 8 8 6db curls 32k 5 5 5 5 5db rows 45k 6 6 6 6 6lat raises 10k 6 6 6 6 6 I lowered the weight on db curls to 32k because my last workout my form suffered towards the end.
