hi Im 37 and from London England. Im looking to bulk and build muscle. Im currently doing a 3 day split routine. Push, Pull, Legs

Heres what ive done today.

 

pull

deadlift 100k 5 5 5 5 5

pull ups 8 8 8 8 4

DB Curls 35k 5 5 5 5 5

DB rows 40k 7 7 7 7 7

 

food wise i am aiming for 3200cal a day.

Hi im currently looking at getting bigger and stronger. aiming for 3200 calories a day with 190g protein.

deadlift 102k 5 5 5 5 5

pull ups 9 8 8 8 6

db curls 32k 5 5 5 5 5

db rows 45k 6 6 6 6 6

lat raises 10k 6 6 6 6 6

 

I lowered the weight on db curls to 32k because my last workout my form suffered towards the end. Its the first time ive ever done lateral raises.
