spent a few mins on the cross trainer for a warmup

3 x 10 Deadlift @ 60kg (132lbs)
2 x 10 Lat pull down @ 50kg (110lbs)
1 x 10 Lat pull down @ 60kg (132lbs)
3 x 8 Seated row @ 50kg (110lbs)
3 x 12 Bent over row @ 22.5kg (50lbs)
3 x 10 Db pullover @ 20kg (44lbs)
4 x 10 Db shrugs @ 25kg (55lbs)

Got to gym late so had to use some machines today....

3x10 bench press (smith) @ 40kg
2x 12 flys (machine) @ 50kg
1x 10 flys @ 60kg
3 x 8 dips
4 x 15 leg raises

Haven't recorded anything here for a few days although training is still going okay. I went to the gym this morning and also hit it again this afternoon.

Morning Session
3 x 8 Standing Military bb press @ 10kg (Cannot believe how much this killed me)
3 x 10 bb upright row @ 10kg
3 x 12 Side lat db raises @ 25kg
3 x 10 bent over row @ 22.5kg
3 x 10 seated row @ 20kg

Afternoon Session
3 x 12 barbell curls @ 27.5kg
3 x 10 db curls @ 10kg
3 x 10 db ohead tri extension @ 25kg
3 x 12 cable push down @ 30kg
3 x 12 dips

Finished off with a quick ab session

I've heard some vegans say that yeast is not considered vegan. I really don't care what people classify things like that as, I'm going to keep eating it. Solid numbers in your workout routine, nice work.
