5/3/1 cycle 2 week 2 Tuesday 12th February 2013
Squats. Okay so squatting the day after heavy deadlifts wasn't a great idea but I still nailed it.
Warm ups
0Kg x 12
20Kg x 12
Working sets
65Kg x 3
75Kg x 3
85Kg x (3 or more) 8! Not too bad!

Calf raises
0kg x 30
Holding 2x 10Kg plates x 25
Holding 2x 15Kg plates x 25
Holding 2x 20Kg plates x 25

Abs, crunches
X 15
W/ 5kg plate x 20
W/ 10Kg plate X 25

4 times leg raises
X 30
X 30

Did this all at home with my brother spotting me, I'm getting my dad to help make me some sturdy and strong squat stands so I don't have to by any ahha, until then my chairs will do I suppose. 2 rest days now, then bench friday and the weekend very light cardio. I've also got next week off college and I'm staying over my dads to cat sit lol, plenty of resting up! 8)

Ello mate!! :D how's your week been yash??
I will get that 145 sorted! When I do I'll calculate 2 more cycles for 5/3/1 from new maxes and buy more weight plates :p

Deadlifting today, its heavy week of 5/3/1 and another beautiful day on the isle of wight, plus I have almost everyday off this week minus a bat talk for parents and kids at a half term club tomorrow.
Will be training at home in a few hours time
