haha i didnt take it like that pal, it was pretty funny! im weighing bang on 95kgs now, cardio has gone out of the window and i would probably die if i tried to cycle more than 4 miles :lol: :lol:

legs tomoro, chest and back wednesday and then chiropractor on thursday as my work has been pretty heavy lately. ill have a few days off after that and back on it again the following monday using some of the training techniques HIT Rob has been talking about!

bench press workout at home tonight, got 110kg for 2 reps yes yes yes! :twisted: 8)

its great to have a home gym set up as well as a gym membership, sometimes ya just cant be bothered going to a busy gym.

thanks guys! really made up!


tried the 1 1/4 rep technique on benching, makes a huge difference, really hard! more than halved some of my reps........i will definately look into doing a cycle of it soon!

went to the chiropractor tonight so wont train till probably tuesday now!

trained legs and back in the gym tonight, normally i just do legs on their own but it was busy so i did quads, then back while i was waiting for the other leg machines. about to eat a whole bag of pasta! :D

20 miles on the bike today, fitness was suprisingly good considering ive done no cardio for ages and have got fat, i still got plenty of power on the flat but hauling 11kgs extra weight up the big hills slows me down. was good tho, beautiful day and scenery!
