taking it to another level

hey guys today i have eaten my last cheat meal for awhile so now i'm back 100% into dropping this last bit of bodyfat. switching my work outs up a bit and over hauled my supplements i use will update and post as much as possible.

 

monday is back day,tues chest/tris,wed rest day,thursday legs,fri shoulders/traps/forearms,sat/sun rest days

 

slowly reducing calories

 

time to get into fitness model shape
