Punching the bag 3 minutes

3 minutes soft chi exercises.

Starting yesterday and ending Friday I am taking the lifeguard course/exam. I will maintain a regular strength training regiment too. As I get plenty cardio swimming.

Techno Gym Machine Leg Press (Position setting 4): 320lbs 1x12; 300lbs 1x12; did 400lbs on position 5. Didn't feel right, so I tried lower setting and lower weight.
