Kyle's Fitness Funhouse

Heyo!

 

This log will serve the purpose of tracking my workouts as well as my progress.

 

Overall goal/Ideal body: 155-160 lbs, 7% BF

 

It's not my goal to be huge or anything. I basically want a lean body without any excess body fat. In the future I would like to focus more on yoga and get into rock climbing so I think a light and limber body would be ideal.

 

Phase 1 (Bulking)

 

Goals: Gain 12-15 lbs of muscle (with minimal fat gain) over the next 12 weeks.

 

Gotta build up some insurance muscle before you cut!
