Nice to see you haven't stopped after meeting your goal. Are you gonna try something different for next month?

 

I will slow down a little bit, I've been on vacation most of July.

But I will try for twice per day until I can fit into my college pants.

Then I hope to start adding muscle when I can eat more.

 

I'm not sure how raw I can be in the winter. I'll do my best

10:00 - deadlift, assisted pullups, rows, shrugs

my foot was a little sore, so I didn't get on the treadmill

1:00 - mixed fruit, torte, chips and hummus at family BBQ
