I'll be honest, not off to a great start. Suddenly I'm being flooded with emails, diet requests, etc... which is GREAT! But its throwing my game off.

I've been on track but giving a half ass effort.

Tonight 30 minutes cardio: should have been an hour

Shoulders and Abs, Did them all. Don't feel like writing it out, but I did Military Press, Side Lat Raises, Bent Over Rear Delt Raises, Upright rows, 4 sets Reverse crunches.

Diet was ok. Had 1 glass of wine. Shoot me :) --- I'm resting on my Laurels since it is Week 1 and a bit disappointed in myself. I like my wine  (she says with a whine  )

The only cheat I'm allowing myself is 2 glasses on Saturday night and I had one tonight. Disappointing. I could have done without, but I get insomnia sometimes and it just relaxes me...

I'm on track for the most part. Meals spaced out, getting my shakes in, but I know I could be doing more with a little better time management and discipline.

Love your new site. I like the pic of you throwing your hair around. Very nice. That is your sexy vegan contest photo right there. :D

You can do it VeggiePrincess!
You got me all pumped up, so I hope to rub back off on you.
It's always good to have some mental down time, right?
Keep up the kick ass job!

Glad you like that one pazios, but I'm not sure about it for the contest. But thanks for the reminder, I've GOT to complete that thing tonight.

It's always been a problem for me. Nothing really new. The whells in my head just never stop churning :)

Aww, thanks Chalisa, you're a sweetie. I know you can do it too

So now, I am kicking, kicking, kicking myself for being a big inconsistent slacker these past couple of months. There is talk of a photo shoot Feb 10th. I am very far away from photo shoot shape and although I'm confident I can get there... not confident I can get there in 4 weeks. So I have to start working my ass off now.

Tonight:

4 sets 15 Single Leg Leg Press - 40 lbs (single Leg Leg Presses will kick anyone's butt. I love putting guys on these because you have to reduce the weight way down to do Single Leg and they look at me all doubtful thinking they could do a heck alot more weight and then I watch their leg shake like crazy with barely any weight... very fun :)

4 sets 12 Step-Ups w/ 10 lb dumbells on 20" step/bench
4 sets Leg Extn 35 lbs (I never go too heavy on my legs or else I will bulk them cuz I'm just under 5 - 4. We can't all be lucky enough to have SeaSiren's extra long legs :)
Didn't have time for Calf Raises :(
I think I did something else but I can't remember right now.

Plus I did some at-home training this morning and did alot of exercises with them.

1 hour Treadmill on a 10 - 12 incline while reading sleazy gossip magazines -- makes the time go faster.

Eating is super strict right now. No extra anything, no salt (I'll add it back after this week, I have a meeting with the girl whose doing the Video and I want to look as lean as possible), 1 Gallon water a day, no condiments, just spices.

My blender broke cuz I do so many protein shakes. I got one off Craigslist for $5 and it's in new condition.

Don't you love that we live in a world where we can get a near new Blender for $5 instead of paying $40??? I'd still like a magic bullet though. Ok, rambling now. Gonna sign off :)

Well, guess what, at the last second I decided to use this as my 3rd photo for the contest! :)

Largely thanks to your suggestion here in my journal Pazios, so keep your fingers crossed for me

I was sick all weekend (viral) and fell to almost comp weight .... not good!!! My body "remembers" how to drop faster and faster each time. I think it's starting to work like a machine! That being said .... still have insomnia. I'm so thankful when the light begins to filter through the skylight .... an excuse to get up

$5 for blender??!! You can't beat that! 8) Mine has been on the fritz, so I better keep my eye out now. My diet was already so close to the "V" that after being sick all weekend, I just went straight into it, so much easier for my schedule .... and I'm not a "food" person just looking to get enough nutrition.

OK back to grind for me today! Been keeping up, you are doing awesome! :)

Forgot to ask .... I'm preparing for the ACE now (mostly memorization for me ... just to "take the test"). Who is your PT Cert through?

Zack,
I do have squats in my program. I probably won't every squat really heavy but I do squats weekly. I think I'm scheduled for the on Friday.

SeaSiren,
I'm certified through NCCPT. ACE is good. You'll do great :)

I WISH I wasn't a food person... but that's why you just get skinny off season and I get a lard ass... :)

Shoulders Today:

Military Press - 3 x 12 30 lbs
Bent Arm Lat Raises 3 x 12 @ 15, 15, 17.5 lbs
Bent Over Rear Delts 3 x 12 @ 12.5 lbs, 12.5 lbs, 15lbs
Rope Upright Row 3 x 12 @ 45, 45, 50 lbs
4 sets Reverse Crunches

20 minute recumbant bike
40 minute Inclined Treadmill

Gonna do some more cardio tonight while watching Gilmore Girls. I'm going to be so bummed when I catch up on all the back episodes of that show... it's my favorite

I have a recumbent bike at home. It's not the best when your really looking to blast the fat off your touche, but it works in a pinch.

Tonight:

50 minutes Stepmill

Barbell Bentover Rows 4 x 10 40#,50#,60#,60#
One Arm Row 4 x 10 25 lbs
Lat Pulldowns - 3 x 12 60#, 60#, 70#
Upright Row, Barbell 4 x 10, 40#,40#,50#,50#
4 sets Ball Crunches 90 secs each set.

Joined 24 hr Fitness today so now I truly have no more excuses. Its directly across the street from my house and never closes. If you guys hear me making up excuses now, feel free to completely kick my as@!!!
