It's brownie with a layer of caramel and pecans, and then encased in chocolate. It's among the top 10 best things I have ever eaten. It's 500 calories per serving, but is only 31% of calories from fat (the brownie part contains no added fat.. it's all applesauce) http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c78/pamelaswitzer/turtletorte.jpg

pamela
only 31%? Man, I couldnt imagine going near that thing! Then again, I dont touch sugars outside of fruit. Sugar is my vice, although I am fairly specific about what I will eat it in. Like, it has to be something that has other positive properties (i.e. clif bars) or tastes phenomenal (i.e. I don't snack on sugary crap, it's reserved for dessert). I am having enough trouble staying at my current weight that I can't imagine what would happen if I didn't eat any sugar!
