xMalloryx Posted March 27, 2014 Share Posted March 27, 2014 Ive been working on my training routine, and this is what Ive come up with, this is my first time doing something like this so any feedback, good or bad is welcomed Monday - Chest and TricepsTuesday- Cardio/absWednesday- Back and BicepsThursday- Cardio/absFriday- Legs and Shoulders Monday:10 mins warmup on bikeChest: chest press,chest flyTriceps: standing tricep extension, standing bent over one arm dumbbell row,tricep pushdown Tuesday:10 mins warmup on bikeAbs: reverse crunch,crunch hands overhead, dumbbell side bend20mins HIIT Wednesday:10 mins warmup on bikeBack: Lateral pull down,Leverage High Row,Pelvic Tilt Into BridgeBiceps: machine preacher curls, alternate bicep curls, Thursday:10 mins warmup on bikeAbs: reverse crunch,crunch hands overhead, dumbbell side bend20mins HIIT Friday: 10 mins warmup on bikeLegs: leg extensions,calf press on leg press machine,leg curlShoulders: Shoulder press,One-Arm Side Laterals,Front Two-Dumbbell Raise Im going to do this for 4 weeks, then change it around and track my progress.
