Complete Vegan/Veggetarian Protein sources

So, I am exploring becoming a vegan or a vegetarian. However, I'm not sure how I will get all of my protein in for bodybuilding while lifting. I have checked out and looked around for plant and vegan protein sources but am not sure if they are complete protein sources. Can you guys help me come up with complete protein sources that are vegan?

In addition, can you tell me how to make things like beans and rice (a complete protein together) and other vegan protein sources to taste good? Or how to make them well and enjoyable to eat?
