henry thinman Posted March 4, 2018 Share Posted March 4, 2018 I like bodyweight , I have the old Charles Atlas course of Dynamic Tension. http://www.charlesatlas.com/ some exercises are self resistance, do a bicep curl and with the free hand resist as if using a DB and flex hard. I've been doing hot yoga recently 5 days a week, some good exercises there.
