The ones I am taking now. I realized are not even vegetarian.
So I need some cheap and good vegan vitamins.
What does everyone take?

Re: Need new vitamins
I take 'Omnium' by Solgar, but that one is pretty expensive. I'd recommend either their 'VM2000' multivitamin or their 'Vegetarian Multiple'. Absorption is the key with multivitamins, which is why after a lot of research I decided to use them and have been for many years now. All three that I've mentioned are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

I think your are right. Does it cause any side effects?

Nope, only positive ones

Worth bearing in mind that the Iron and B12 levels are higher in the Vegetarian Multiple, but overall the B group vitamins are highest in the VM2000. The Omnium contains a lot of antioxidants and phytonutrients that the other two don't, such as Alpha Lipoic Acid, COQ10, curcuminoids, phosphatidylserine etc.
