John V Posted January 6, 2014 Author Share Posted January 6, 2014 Just returned from my 9 day road trip. I decided to leave this food journal aside and see if I could maintain my low calorie diet while maintaining a healthy variety of food intake, portion control, etc., and not falling back into eating at night, gorging, binging, etc. I think I was pretty successful. I've also been occasionally reporting my successes in the training log which I started elsewhere in these forums years ago. I skipped my 7th weekly weigh in report there, but intend to switch to every other Thursday weigh-ins, starting with the completion of week eight in a few days.
