lepiante
Worrying will keep the weight on. Stop eating and just go catch up with some sleep. Hibernate like the bears and the weight will come right off.
maybenot
My advice is to keep your diet where it is.Just keep eating the same things you are eating, not more and not less. Then add some more exercise into the mix, fat burning exercises.Something that works great is to run-walk-run-walk. That can be done at the endo of your training sessions, something like 15 minutes a day. By the way, 50g fats, 150g protein and 250g carbs are god macros.
