josephg
Hi All, I'm new to this forum. It's a great resource! I thought that someone here may have insights into the macronutrient ratios that (1) Brendan Brazier and (2) Rich Roll recommend. Any thoughts? Though they describe their diets in their books, they don't note the composition of carbs, protein, and fat. I understand that these aren't bodybuilders, but it seems like there are many athletes in these forums, so I thought I'd ask... Thanks in advance,Joe
VeganBadass_CO
Hi there....Got Thrive Foods and Thrive Fitness staring at me on the bookshelf, let me give it a look later this afternoon. Generally speaking, nutritionally complete plant based whole foods diet focuses more on the quality of foods as opposed to the usual measures of X000 carbs, XXX gm Protein, XX gm Fat. But that said, let me see what the books say because I can't remember....lol...
