My workout plan is one of strength (4-6-8 series with high amount of weight). My diet is something like this: 07:30 a.m. 4 grain toast with strawberry jam 1 coffee 10:00 a.m. 1 banana 12:30 p.m. 1 Salad of Lentils, peas, brown rice, spinach and mushrooms 15:00 p.m 1 banana 17:30 pm Preworkout: 4 grain toast with strawberry jam and 1 protein shake 19:30pm 1 protein shake + 1 banana 21:00 pm Quinoa - Brown Rice - Avocado - broccoli and Spinach Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Its helpful to look back and track your progress, people often record diet and workouts there or either or. Also people often comment on each others journals.
