Cutting for a Vegan Newb

Hi people,

 

Had a look around at the forum, and I'm impressed with all the info. Happy I found this place. I need to get straight to the point with what I'm looking for though.

 

I'm about to embark on a cutting journey. I am 6,2" and weight 85 kilos at around 20% body fat - I want to get down to 10%

 

I already have training in place. I will be running pre breakfast 4-5 times a week. As well as a decent 3-4 day a week weight lifting session.

 

Now I need to know what I should be eating...

 

I want to try and stay away from tofu and processed things like that and try to eat wholefoods raw where possible. I will take plant protein shakes like hemp.

 

Can anyone give me a good example of what I should be eating on a daily basis?
