ChaserHUN Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 Recently I bought canned beans, because it's a lot faster to make them, it say 100g has 53kcal, as for beans that weren't pre-cooked says 277kcals in 100gramms. bluebabe Posted June 25, 2015 Share Posted June 25, 2015 Cooking grains-legumes changes the nutritional density, probably from added water that enters the cells, therefore you have extra weight without calories-nutrition.
