PASSNBY Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 Yes, I avoid Soy as my body breaks out in large pimples/infections (i dont believe soy in packages is truly soy) I eat tonnes of brown rice, seiten, sweet potato, spinach leafs, white potato, protein powder made from Brown rice and yellow peas, quinoa plus a few more im 6'3 and 101kgs so im pretty lean.
