eswebmarketing
Hello, I am a man of 19 years old with a weight of approximately 56kg (I made a diet and lost all muscle mass), and 175cm tall. I would increase my muscle mass trying to get the least amount of fat possible. Do you know of a vegetarian diet that can take an example and adapt it to my macronutrients (I eat eggs and milk products)? Thank you, and forgive my bad English is not my native language . Do you know of a vegetarian diet that can take an example and adapt it to my macronutrients (I eat eggs and milk products)? Thank you, and forgive my bad English is not my native language . MONO INGREDIENT MEAL Breakfast: 1 cup of oats with sugarLunch: 1 cup of Lentils with a tea spoon of coconut oilDinner: 1 Cup of Soy Chunks with a tea spoon of coconut oil OpcionalSnack 1: 28 grams walnutsSnack 2: 28 grams raw Peanuts . If you don't want fat, remove the snack.. Coconut oil is good for brain, especial brain fog. If you eat eggs, you can add 1 raw yolk egg in the snack 1 and another in the snack 2, and remove the nuts. This is very cheap, and this forum is about vegan style. And you should change the meals everyday, stick to one ingredient food per meal, and you will be ok.
