MrBlanchy Posted July 15, 2017 Share Posted July 15, 2017 I've been trying to research this topic without coming across anything really,I'm just wondering if having a protein shake before bed to load the muscle up with amino acids, so then when I wake up and work out on an empty stomach and have good protein synthesis because of the load up from the night before, thus helping with muscle repair, followed by a high carb breakfast.Thoughts?
