15 years old and confused

Hello, I am 15 years old and I've bee vegan for almost 2 years. I recently began trying to build on muscle and I don't know if I should continue being vegan if I'm going to put on muscle. BTW I weigh 147 and I'm 5'6. Everyone and their moms tells me to stop being vegan if I want to build my body. I get all my macros in everyday but I'm just really confused . Please help!

Make sure your protein sources are complete. (some plant protein sources are not, so look it up and make sure you're getting it)

 

Train to failure to gain. (If you're doing 3 sets of 10, 5 sets of 5, etc...that isn't training to failure.)
