carbivore96 Posted August 1, 2017 Share Posted August 1, 2017 So Ive been doing hiit cardio for a few months now and im happy with the results ive gotten. i just do 10 full sprints 10 seconds each on a slight incline in the parking lot with a minute break in between. However, I like to do squats, leg press, and other leg resistance training too. I currently do hiit twice a week and leg day twice a week. sometimes I feel sore but I go run anyways and vice versa.
