Sunday was a day where I was away all day.

Food was so-so.

I ate some lentil soup somewhere with bread and I packed some grains with nuts and herbs.

There were 4 of us and for the 1st time in 2 weeks I ate some candy.

Tummy ache was the result.

I did not go for the chocolat or milky stuff but later I realised it might have contained gelatin and I am not sure where from.

All and all we had a great day and I had fun.

As I told my coch AlliB, my skin condition IS returning and I made an appointment for a live blood examination next week.

See what is going on on the inside and what I need to add or forget about.

Keep you posted!

Hey guys.

So yesterday was another day of bloat and irritation.

This morning my Shiatsu man told me that even jogging is out of the question due to my back...right when I was building it up again.

The specialist thinks I might have a food allergy.

So that includes clean foods.

It would explain a whole lot why weight loss has been extremely slow.

I did not know it involves fatigue and moods as much...yet again....you live and learn.

Unfortunately I have to wait another week for more info... but this journey will be for something!

The more I learn about myself the better I can assist others in becoming their best self!

But first fix myself in every way.

Key word ~ Balance

I planned a nice massage for the afternoon... one step at a time.......

Thank you Linda Hay, Kris Carr and my guy.

This day was a bit crazy with appointments and being away from home.

I am so excited...just 3 more nights before my blood exam.

Finally know whats going on and how to fix my diet and lifestyle.

I am not having trouble eating no meat. It's been 22 days and I like " The kind life".

Harder is the foods we think of as normal.

Again, it is all about choice.

Applying some NLP on your core feelings produces great results.

People think I am overdoing it...they do not understand going vegan.

The same excuses I hear are: Our bodies were also designed to eat meat.

Also, It's hard here to go out and choose vegan.

You can, ofcourse you can...you just have to be real specific what you do and dont eat.

The quality has not been up to par..I'll let you know when I find something better.

Meanwhile, trying new recipes, study nutrition and prep my own foods.

This picture below is actually my white bloodcell , picture taken today, how funny is that?

So this is what happened.

I had a live blood examination today.

It showed I am malnourished, and am leptin resistant.

Basically that means my cells do not respond well to food and in my case oxygen as well.

Usually it pairs of with some kind of insulin resistance.

I have been given organic supplementation and orders are to get at least 500 grams / 17 oz of veggies in.

I am on a carb restricted diet and she did advise some organic egg use.

No meat was fine but if I could get fish in once in a while that would be good.

So do you guys have experience and or thoughts on this?

That would be great!

Oh, in your blood you can also track pesticides ( Little suckers they move), and due to being vegan, I had none!

She thought that was really great!

Keeping it positive!

Saturday was an all day shopping day with my mom.

LOOOOOOTS of walking this day.

Meal 1

1 cracker, hand dried blueberries

Meal 2

lentil soup with turkish bread and some fries

Fresh mint tea

Meal 3

1 banana

Meal 4

1 limonchello and one pizza ( vegetarian) at a restaurant

Green tea

I feel soooo horrible today.

I am glad my diet starts tomorrow with loads of veggies and no carbs, I was so jumpy today.

UGH

I did however manage easy to not eat meat or fish for 28 days now.

For someone who ate that at least twice a day that is a pretty big leap.

I did so far have some animal products like cheese in a meal.( certainlly not daily!)

At home I did not add those myself though.

After this month I am still gonna blog and become vegan completely.

I truely believe we can be healers to ourselves AND the planet living thisway.
