OK i drank a gallon of water today already and tons of salt....but please critique this! cani actually get on a stage and do this?

Hey Big Meech,
Pphelps and i have been following your posts since the start of the year and we we're saying how much you have progressed and achieved already. This video proves how well you have done, your body is looking awesome and you show great movement between each pose which shows you have practiced it well.
Keep practicing your poses and on the day of the show it will just flow naturaly, your muscles are showing really well and on the day they will look even better.

You have done most of the hard work now so go and enjoy the Competition we know you are going to do great.

You guys are good people. thank you for writing. i was 5lbs lighter by last night so i am going to chalk this up to water. ..118.6 lbs today.
last night did 10 mins HIT level 20 at the gym then my upper body curciut.
last day of work this week before the show...
the salt and dieretic combination is weird. I'm peeing a normal amount. granted thats much more than the average person but im drinking twice as much water during the day plus coffee, soda, and gym water and then evening meal shakes, but the urge to go is less often than expected, and i can feel it less. even getting up less to go while trying to sleep. although once i start more comes out than i expect. sorry for anyone who didnt need to know that, but all this stuff is interesting to me lol.

You're looking great. But since you specifically asked for some constructive critisism, I would say try and add a bit more diversity to your routine. For instance move around the stage a bit more instead of standing mainly in 1 spot, so that every judge will have a good view of you, and not only the judge who you are in front of when you stay in one position. Also when you do a certain pose, try 'twisting/rotating' your body a tiny bit while holding the pose, giving each judge the best view of that pose. I hope you get what I mean, since English isn't my first language, but what I mean is when you have a few judges lined up, and you are standing on 1 position on the stage, one of the judges has the frontal view, and the rest are looking at you from a bit of an angle, and for the best evaluation/scoring, they all want to see you from the best angle.
Also mix it up a bit more with your posing/moves during the routine, I think you're doing the front double biceps pose a bit too much, try and add some other poses or even non-standard-bb-poses, just because you are in the bb class, doesn't mean you can't add anything else to your routine on top of your best individual poses.
And the last tip I would give you is try and practice your face when you are doing your poses, learn to not make the 'pose-face' while posing :) Smile at least a little bit the whole time while you're on stage, or at least try and not make a face as if it is costing you a lot of energy and effort to keep the pose (which it of course does, but that is the illusion you want to give of, that it is not that diffficult). How silly it may sound, it is important and it could even be the reason why you would be placed lower then someone who ís watching their face while posing and ís smiling.

thank you....
just got back from gym. 70 mins low intensity, 5 minutes high, 12 exercises circuits.
drinking smooth moves. need to go exfoliate, baking soda, moisturize, and practice posing. ugh.....so tired. at least im off from work tomorrow and friday.

Haha OK I walked around a bit. I also flexed a bit harder. I'm also 4 lbs lighter than i was when i took the last video, cause my body hadnt gotten rid of that gallon of water i chugged. I was shaking but maybe people will just think i have rhythm...oh boy. i think this is enough for tonight. time for peanut butter and bed!!! lollll oh and im also gonna be reading up on volume training in bed. its what im leaning towards. and cardio every day afterwards.

thoughts on walking around the stage? like while im in a pose? this room isnt that big but the stage will be...but how can i practice ugh!

The girls I saw Saturday would walk to a different parts of the stage, do a couple poses and then move to other side. But you are looking great!
