Saturday: Deadlifts: 135 x 10, 185 x 8, 205 x 7, 225 x 7, 245 x 5, 255 x 3, 275 x 2, 295 x 1 (PR, on video). Then, Neck work! Then, massage from Gina.Sunday: Bench, incline bench, chest flies, pushups, bicep curls. 150lb TV wall dismount and move. I am adding in variety by doing some cardio and "X Fit" and compound lifts over at BeyondFit during the week. Then hitting it heavy at BoneBreaker on Sunday. Sadly, I missed all workouts last week due to some travel and chaos. So far this week, things are looking back in order to be kicking some ass again at BoneBreaker this weekend!
