Today's workout:

 

standing 1 arm press: 40x5, 45x5, 50x5, 55x5, 60x7, 60x6, 60x6

 

bb squat: 135x25

 

db incline press: 50lbs 2x10, 1x7

 

pretty rough day for me...added incline press back in, but it's tough...can't really work chest for over a year now since my shoulder injury. but my vertical press is getting stronger and stronger!
