Mini Forklift
Needless to say that my legs are completely shot to pieces today. Great stuff. Day off the gym today, eating well and up to 146.5lb. This was lunch...

Mini Forklift
Thank you !! The brown things are spicy mushroom balls. I normally get them with veges, cashew nuts and coconut rice, that's my favourite dish from my local vegan restaurant; I probably eat there a couple of times a week. Thanks for checking in Jessica MF

BigRed
MF - I always enjoy seeing your training logs! Out of curiosity, are you completely vegan now? I remember in the past seeing seafood and whey protein in your diet, but it seems like lately most of your meals have been full veggie. Keep up the good work! I'm nearly there, I don't consume whey or dairy anymore and I probably eat fish maybe once a week (only when the wife cooks it).

Mini Forklift
Had another solid session today, trained early morning for a change just because we have a busy day planned. Speed work for bench, finished up with a couple of sets of 176 x 3. Flew off my chest, felt really light and explosive so I'm feeling good that I might be close to hitting 242 by the time this April meet rolls around. jamesxvx
Hey MF.I have a few job offers out of province right now for the summer, which would be when my meet is. So I'm holding off at registering for the meet.
Mini Forklift
That's understandable, oh well you can always just pick out another meet when you are all settled in James. Haven't been able to train since Wednesday as my wife has been up in Auckland. Hitting legs up tonight so looking forward to that, speed work.
