Skinny Ken - project: from skinny to buff

Ok,

I'm all new to weightlifting and bodybuilding, but my ambition is to gain muscle mass so I'm not skinny any longer.

Today I'm 180 cm 66 kg (5'11 145lbs)

 

Gym today:

squat 30 kg (66lbs) 3x10

benchpress 20 kg (45lbs) 1x10, 30 kg 2x10

deadlift 30 kg 3x10

lat pull down 30 kg 3x10

bicep barbell curl 15 kg (33lbs) 1x10

 

I welcome all comments and advices
