I workout by myself.Just rest the camera on a bench or something ~ I train by myself as well but find videos an invaluable help. MattSxvx Posted September 21, 2014 Author Share Posted September 21, 2014 Pulled 500 from 2 plates again last week as well as some 500-550 lb rack pulls for reps. Strength is increasing nicely. We just had our first child yesterday so I have taken the last two days off from the gym. Plan is to compete next September as strong as possible.
