generally, i've been eating well. not much out. salad every weekday for lunch, oatmeal/smoothie most days for breakfast thanks to my partner.

notes

got some Vega supplement powder today. will start having it once a day tomorrow, looking forward. recovering fast from gym and felt great on elliptical today.
